*I’m really starting to dislike you a bit….*
Ok so I felt super bad about the cone. So instead of taking it off for short periods (he kept chewing at his incisions) It was suggested that I try wrapping his torso with vet wrap so he couldn’t bend enough to get down there.
IT WORKED! He looks silly, but can move about and can freely eat and drink.
Tonight though while I sleep. The cone goes back on… Sorry Tux! Just until you heal <3

*I was just at the vet, now where am I?*

Arizona Lion went to the vet today for a pre check up. He’s due to get fixed the 9th. I’m nervous as hell, hopefully all goes well. Now he gets to spend a day at the office with me.

*Good! Your leaving!*

So it’s happened…. Nevada is going all hormonal on me. My hands are scabbed up, and she no longer goes to work with me.

I know it’s just a stage in her life, I have to endure for at least 2 to 3 months until I can get her spayed.

Guess ill just have to wait it out. At Least Lion is going In soon to get fixed. And he’s already my happy little bunny.

Nevada, why you be so cranky? Haha

How To - Simple Home Made Rabbit Treats.

Supplied by 1357BunnyLover @ www.RabbitsOnline.net

"I get my bunnies normal pellets and mix in a little warm water until they are mushy.

Once the pellets have become mush, you can add in any other ingredient you want. For example; a little mushed banana, parsley, crated carrots, and rolled oats.

Then make them into balls or whatever shape you want them to be ( I’m making Christmas tree shaped ones for Xmas!) then put them in the oven and wait until hard about 40 mins, remember to turn them over.

Wait till they cool and let your bunnies enjoy!”

A Few Things To Think About-

Find out what your putting in your Bunnies treats, and always remember, they are TREATS. So try not to over feed our bunny pals, even though they will beg for more!

"Oats are a popular treat. Choose rolled oats, not instant, and give only 1/2 teaspoon per pound of body weight. Raisins, or a small amount of any fruit, is also considered a treat. Avoid the packaged "honey sticks" and other treats that contain dried fruits, seeds or nuts. These are void of nutrition and extremely fattening."
